God's grace frees us, cleanses us, and allows us to grow up into Him, but it also teaches and disciplines us. The disciple tee was created that you might be encouraged as you are taught and disciplined by God to know that "the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives "(Hebrews 12:6). It is because He loves you that He has made you His disciple so that rather than trying to discipline yourself into righteousness, you may be led and taught by the Great Rabbi Himself.
