Many Christians are aware of the fact that it is important to keep a Sabbath, or a day set aside just for rest, and while that is indeed important, our Rest crew was designed to encourage you to live a life of rest. What does this mean? There are times when we will rise and work and times when we will lie down and rest, but what if I told you that at all times, you would remain in complete peace with God without having to do anything to earn His affection? This is the premise of rest! That we would set aside our striving for sinlessness and rest in the finished work of Christ and Christ crucified!
